My advice to people interested in working at #Onmyown as a #Manager ...

To not to take on to many people to take care of so it doesn't stress you out & the $ than I got I hear now it's better! I ❤ the people I cared for

Doing 4 patients stuff that I wasn't required 2 do going beyond my job 4 their care
