I'm a dedicated Administrative Assistant with comprehensive experience maintaining executive calendars, coordinating travel and large scale meeting arrangements, development of presentations, preparation of meeting packets, and management of third party vendors. At my current company, GrandMayan.net LLC, I am valued by the CEO and her staff as a critical support pillar for the team; Keeping calendars, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting packets/presentations organized at all times. I am frequently praised for my ability to handle complex tasks and solve problems without requesting input, but also maintain an awareness of when input may be desired. My background includes extensive experience overseeing the development and management of programs and activities, spearheading budget management, behavior management, and team building functions. I excel at identifying and rectifying areas in need of improvement to achieve optimal efficiency, productivity, and overall quality.

Both in person and online program for Administrative Professionals

A few people would like to enroll in a professional course (4 to 6 months) for admins to sharpen skills, learn QuickBooks and become better business letter writers. Any programs you know about? Right in the heart of Silicon Valley, CA.

Work from home or residential care for L1MA.

I'm currently working in a memory care unit on 11-7 shift. I love hours but it's getting very heavy (lifting). When I was hired 3 years ago I was told it's no to low lift facility.. I enjoy the challenges that I see everyday and enriching my residents daily lives is very rewarding. I'm just not as happy as I was and now it's new administration and everything is changing but I can't see how it's for the better. I don't think enough training is provided when new people are hired. They take a 16 hour class, take a short test and bam they can pass meds. Looking for something with a little less lifting and we're people actually work together instead of against each other. Thank you

My ultimate goal is to be in a leadership role within the healthcare industry some day. For now, I am trying to seek a position to gain as much experience as possible that will expand my knowledge and hopefully lead me to a position that I can succeed in and truly love.
