You get an offer for a job you are excited about, but it's for significantly less money than you were expecting. What do you do?

I would look at all aspects of the job and if its worth it; then, I would negotiate on the wages.

Your new employer wants you to start immediately but your current employer wants you to finish a two-week notice period. What do you do?

Finish your two weeks let your new boss know what's going on

Respectfully talk to your future employer that as a professional want to give 2 weeks notice if they don’t understand maybe you need to work there

An employer tells you that you should receive an offer letter within two days. It’s been four days and you haven’t heard anything. What do you do?

Call supervisor

I would craft a thank you email that softly hints at questions about "next steps," or (in dire situations) makes some mention of looking forward to receiving the offer letter.

Have you ever had to walk away from a job offer? What happened?

It was something on their affidavit that did not like me.

no

You receive an offer, but it's for the bottom of the posted range. What do you do?

If you exceed the minimum qualifications of the job, you can highlight your additional education/experience and ask for a higher offer that matches it.

Have you ever received an offer and then asked for more money?
How did it go? Did you get what you asked for?

I would present your experience for the reason to ask for more in an offer.

When you receive an offer, do you accept immediately, negotiate terms, or take time to think about it?

I use it to kinda shop around .because im at journeyman/master in my field which Noone wants to do anymore .it happens every year

If I haven't asked all of the questions and received the answers to verify the position is a fit for me and my career path by the time an offer is made, then I haven't done my part and have wasted their time and mine! If I wanted an offer, I would have been asking them what else they needed to verify that I was the right choice and provided them anything necessary to get that offer. So YES! I would immediately accept the offer and thank them for selecting ME... and assure them that I will do everything I can to make them happy with their choice!!

Have you ever had to walk away from a job offer? What happened?

Not personally, but I just offered a job to a candidate who wasn't able to accept because both of her parents were suddenly hospitalized and she had to travel to care for them.

do you need a new employee

How do you manage multiple job offers?
Imagine this scenario: You receive an offer from one company, but you are hoping for an offer from another company next week. What's the best way to navigate that situation? Should you tell company #1 that you are waiting on another offer?

No you do not, You stay silent until you hear from the other one if your offered or not!! Let’s pretend here, for instincts you turn down the first offer and then you get a call back from the second offer and they decide to also decline you, now your screwed with no offers!! It’s always best to keep your second option open for backup life be really funny like that sometimes

You receive an offer, but it's for the bottom of the posted range. What do you do?
Do you accept it? Ask for more money? Keep looking for another job?

Acepte

I will stay where I am at thank you
Negotiations are always a option
