You receive an offer, but it's for the bottom of the posted range. What do you do?

Do you accept it? Ask for more money? Keep looking for another job?

For me if it were via email or phone, I would double check and or research the companies career oppertunities potential, if I alredy hadn't and base my decision on if it were a good reputable company if I could just get my foot in the door in short time I could prove my value and increase my salary thru advancement. If a company offered a max deal I would hold off on my decision, and take a second look at there situation, maybe I missed something. Does this make since to you all?

I would decline the low offer, if the employer is truly interested in you they will reconsider, a lot of companies will try to low ball you initially, you have to know your worth and what salary will sustain your lifestyle.

I would reach back out if I was interested in the job and negotiate a better rate. If I wasn't really interested, I'd turn it down.

I would decline the offer, if the employee actually seen me for me they wouldn’t of came back with something lower and so would find a employer that found my worth.
