Well you have the compassion and patients to help others this would be a good job for someone.

I feel like alot of unfair things was taking place,and I did not speak up on them.

Alot when we were short on staff was the most stressful days.

The main thing they dont recognize the hard work of CNA's and talk to you any kind of way.Most of the time I would just ignore it,then sometimes certain matters need to be addressed.

My residents and my co workers.

I would always go that extra mile.I would always put me in there situation.If it was me, sick and unable to help myself.I would not only do day to day patient care.I would clean ther rooms,bring them snacks.If they needed socks or deordant,coffee etc.I would buy it myself.I would grow attach to my residents.It gave a joy to help someone that could not help themselves.I won employee of the year two years after being employed.
