Just in the past two days, 75% of the interviews we have scheduled and confirmed for hourly positions at my company have no-call, no-showed the appointment.

I understand that companies have a part to play in this too. However, you don't have to be very good to be better than the folks you're competing against for a job. Showing up seems to be half the battle or more. And if you don't want to show up or think the job is not for you, a simple phone call or text as a courtesy goes a long way.

Employers will remember you, and perhaps reconsider you when something more appropriate comes along. #ghosted #interviews #nocallnoshow #interview
