We are hiring a Warehouse Assistant Supervisor for one of the clients located in Chanhassen, MN.
Responsibilities also include: • Assigning tasks to ensure compliance to customer requirements. • Providing coaching and training. • Assisting supervisors with employee performance reviews. • Communicating with warehouse shipping/receiving staff at shift change. • Notifying shift Supervisor when non-compliant issues occur and collaborating to establish corrective action. • Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned. • Provide forklift training. • Maintaining a clean and safe work area. • Handle other related assignments, as directed.
Minimum Experience/Education Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and write basic English; post-secondary training helpful. • 2+ years Warehouse experience; previous team lead experience preferred. • Previous experience using forklifts, floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks. • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week including weekends.

I worked for a company where 6am was the start time. We worked until 11am when we took our 30mins for lunch. Them we continued our day 11:30am until 4-4:30pm, depending on the work load. Is that legal under Minnesota labor law to allow only one break per work day?
