Drama at #Midwest

Dave Campbell is a shady disrespectful group leader. Talks down to employees like there stupid profane language and push people around a bully. Then has to lie on employees just to get them fired. Management was informed other employees seen it multiple times to other employees hes got fired. Management DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU UNLESS YOU SUCK UP. Made allegations about me. Never asked me any questions just fired me for being late. Didnt follow there point system. TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK FOR THEY DONT PAY YOU FOR WHAT YOU KNOW. ONLY GIVE RAISES TO WHOM THEY WANT. They think that people dont have their own tools so they say you steal them. Lmao... they need to look into it a little better. Supervisors and workers sleeping together for positions not qualified for. It's nothing but drama and a mess. Rev needs to really look into this company and the hiding of units each month for inventory shady shady shady the quality of workmanship is ridiculous terrible I wouldn't purchase a van from them. It was cool the first week but VERY UNSAFE COMPANY SO MANY OSHA VIOLATIONS

What I loved working at #Midwest

I was always busy so the day went by quickly and I loved that. I would rather a fast paced environment. I get bored with just your every day not so fast paced job.

Something I learned at #Midwest-MinnesotaBuddhistAssociation ...

I learned to manage how to plan an event until the event ends, make the monthly newsletter and other notation for 200 members. Also, I picked up how to communicate with people from different background and different perspective. From Meditation, I found out how to remain calm and never complain, be positive and care about people, have empathy for people.
