Don't work at the st louis Missouri domicile the manager is lazy and lies about anything and everything I was #1 seniority and walked away because of poor managers and the lies

I would tell them to be a good listener, remain humble, dress as though the job means something to you and make sure you highlight your positive attributes.

I did not catch an error on an International shipment. That was a part of my job as a Manager.

Customer = A customer got angry at one of my customer service representatives so I took over the call. I explained that we can't always give a customer the answer they want but we will always give them the respect they deserve. In this case the customer did not follow the proper protocol during the delivery process. When asked about the delivery they just did not have proof of product count; our driver did with the customer signature.
I just gave examples of logic and took out the emotion.
