A bill introduced in the California legislature is looking to ban most pre employment tests for marijuana. There are some exceptions to being able to drug test employees for marijuana. The thinking is that marijuana is legal in CA and therefore, why punish employees for partaking in something that is legal.
Do you think there should be more bans to prevent drug testing for marijuana for employment?

How about you start your own company and then YOU can decide who YOU hire instead of crying like a little Bisch to the state and having the state FORCE employers into hiring stoners.

Depends on the type of job duties the employee has. I've been around people who get stoned before or during work, and they can't remember anything.
