Ban pre-employment drug testing for marijuana?
A bill introduced in the California legislature is looking to ban most pre employment tests for marijuana. There are some exceptions to being able to drug test employees for marijuana. The thinking is that marijuana is legal in CA and therefore, why punish employees for partaking in something that is legal.
Do you think there should be more bans to prevent drug testing for marijuana for employment?

Recently I was asked to take a drug test at work because of suspicions that my eyes were glassy and red after taking the test I submitted my prescription medication list and after that I was told that I no longer was needed at that location do I have any recourse after just out of nowhere of Suspicion of red eyes are glassy eyes to just automatically be tested for those reasons what do I do any suggestions
How about you start your own company and then YOU can decide who YOU hire instead of crying like a little Bisch to the state and having the state FORCE employers into hiring stoners.
