How the out the food on the floor when mixing ingredients up in pans. How they were disorganised when it came to putting their orders in. Or the fact that they don't follow the law when the have minors working, allowing the minor employees to drink alcohol. The manager Maria Dorssom allows her underage employees to drink alcohol.

I loved working there because it was a highly energetic place and everyday was unique with children you are constantly moving cleaning and i just loved the rush that moving around gave me it pushed me passed my limits and made me develop this love for kids and learning new things everyday dealing with the tantrum definetly taught me alot.although i struggled in the beggining i simply got in love with all the action involved in the job.also i loved it because beeing bilingual helped me make all parents comprehended and gave them a sense of trust leaving there kids with us at maria's day care which was a private day care located at our house. Drama at #Maria'sChildcare
I am very approachable, and understanding. A parent was upset because her child had an argument with another child. I calmly explained what occurred, and assured her that the children are monitored at all times. Children tend to disagree and make up, it is the way children learn to socialize and problem solve. The parent understood, because she was assured that the children's well being is always first.
