We all know, for any course to be fully accomplished, there's is always internship or industrial training. This not only required academically, but also graduates get exposure to working environment. In fact many have got really good positions through these programs. As I concluded my plumbing course, I had I went for industrial training, at mid western umbrella of water and sanitation uganda, and luckily enough I got retrained thou passed through different levels. Since education has no limit, later I went to train in oli and gas sector, specifically pipe welding. It's 5G under American Wedding Society certification process. We had very good trainers, Consultant eng. Sami Abdel Salam as quality assurance manager, Engineer Aware Youssief as the Welding supervisor. All these came from Egytians welding academy and sunmaker oil and gas training institute in kampala. The course was successfully completed along side working safely, under health and safety course. DISAPPOINTMENT With the experience of the first training I had got, l thought this time since l had gone to international level things were to be so good for me. I went to carry out my industrial training at living and friends metal work shop igayaza for the period of six months. Indeed l gave in which ever I could, most humble of my time where's praying to God and hard working were my principles. I thought of no single day of going back home coz the old Job had got lost during my upgrade. When the some head of departments noticed my academic class especially with 5g and 6g AWS Certificates, this was not kind of education at home. Fear arised to loss of their big positions to a new come moral over just a graduste because in the previous meetings held at the work shop, director had always referred the rest to my skills of Welding for quick company's expansion country wide. This meant a real sport. But the other fearful side created a mountain of ccaos onto me, using any whichever way to sweep me off. None of the rest could match my skills, which the director had considered extra ordinary and it was enough for the rest of the staff to push against me alone. I thank God alot today that am still a live and indeed I will live longer. Since I was a good man in my village, l was warmly welcomed by my vilagemates when l returned. I found my life else where far from where I expected. NB: Since change is fact of life, there's no way we can dodge it. CONCLUSIVELY He who does not accept change, change will change him and the when change changes you, it's only negative

You Can't Always Win, But Don't Give Up!
Hello everyone, I hope and pray you are having a great start to your New Year.
Food for thought for life: We all know this is a tough world we live in today. In this life you live, you cant always win. But, dont give up. You have to believe that something different and something wonderful can happen.
Make a choice, just decide what its going be, who your going to be and how you gonna do it. You got to be ready at any moment to be able to sacrifice for what you are, for what you will become. You will win if you dont quite.
There will never be an point in your life, where its the right time to do a great thing. If your waiting for that perfect perfect moment, that perfect timing is not going to happen.
But, you know what you have to do?
You have to create the perfect time and the perfect opportunity and the perfect situation. You will win if you just keep trying. Dont give up, I believe in you and now its time you believe in you.
