Treat the Resident as u would treat the person u love the most ,show them u care ,be there friend not only there helper ,and Remember the Resident pays ur pay check not Life care!!!@

Allowing my self 2 be pushed 2 the side by management not standing up 4 my self !!!
It was a weekend working with 4 staff members instead of 6 and trying 2 get all Residents up and ready 4 the day !
Drama at #LifecarecenterRaynham
I go 2 work 2 work and care for my Resident not 2 sit @ the desk and if i see this happening i usually will ask !! If all Residents r taken care of ? Sometimes it will couse Drama but like I said we r there 2 care 4 those who can not care for themselves!
What I loved working at #LifecarecenterRaynham
I love what i do ! And caring for the Elderly is what I live for ,I love my Team and my nurses we r a group of caring people

Like all other facilities, there is never enough help on weekends! ! Always short staff!!
