What I loved working at #SouthernRegionTradingCompany

The bosses are very good people. They let you do your job exactly the way you know it. The company owner is a person of high standards . Full of respect to the employees

Dream Job Gone Horrifically Bad

I found a dream job. Was hired and immediately I started making recommendations and felt very empowered. That lasted about a month and a half. Then I started finding practices that were either unethical or illegal. As I expressed my concerns to my director, I noticed that I was not so empowered anymore. My director was making all the decisions and I was merely a figure in organizational chart. I started covering myself by emailing him with my concerns and copying my personal email. It came a time when I could no longer stay.. it would've been my dream job for a while had I not started finding all these problems. The director had no intention of changing what he was doing wrong. It's in the hands of the appropriate authorities now. I miss my job though. I'm not sure I'll go back to work for anybody else....

My advice to people interested in working at #Jenningsandersonford as a #Tech ...

I would advise to not even consider working there. The company is full of lies and run by currupt people. Of course they suger coat everything for you then treat you like a nobody. There is no money to be made and no room to climb the ladder in the company. The service manager is full. Do not expect a career out of that place. Fast food places start you out better

There should be laws but there aren't

I just don't understand when new management takes over they have the legal right to fire anyone they feel like. I don't understand why the owners of companies don't stand up for there employees and listen to their side of the story also. But they don't. and I don't understand why someone can be fired by a new manager because they don't like you. But they do. If I were the owner of a company, I would want to check into the fact of whether they made the right choice with new management. Instead of blowing it off as their subordinates job.

My boss hired a relationship banker I never interviewed based on on the recommendation of a friend. The branch was not producing to expectations and I had just returned from a 2 week vacation. Very poor support from upper management.

No- In the beginning WGU was a great place to work. In the beginning the mindset was all about the student and what we could do to make their life fit so that they could achieve their goals. Once management changed then it became all about the numbers. The training that was given in the beginning no longer applied to the new way but no extra training was given. A lot of great mentors have lost their jobs because it became about the all mighty dollar. Sad.........
