Come to work on time, have a positive attitude and dont get frazzled. Handel what you can and if you have a concern speak to your dispatcher privately

Beginning every school year is stressful because its maybe a new route or new school, also you may have new students or a new attendant.

Worked it out with my dispatcher by sitting down in his office and discussing the issues and concerns.

Teamwork, I had an attendant that had my back and I had hers, if you dont have teamwork you have nothing. Even if you dont get along with your coworker you both still have a job to do; i.e. get the children to the school safely and on time.
