I say so because l was forced to quit my job because they could not pay my salary for a full year during my tenier of office with them. Students pay their fees well but workers are not paid at all. I remember pleading with Mary the deputy director to pay me even half the amount to pay for my child in school to no avail. I had to quit against my wish.

I impressed my boss one day. I had a class in Kitui branch and after their graduation my boss Dr Ndungu Joseph asked me to go with him and his office to Kitui to sensitive. The environment as we advocate for a new class. I was the master of ceremony. I did it so well using the proper communication skills l had acquired. By the end of it all, all my 12 students joined TOT/TOF training the following year. Dr. Ndugu was so impressed with the turn out that he could not hesitate to show his happiness.

The most stressful day in kipc is when students are about to graduate. Mostly when their marks are not reflecting. They call you even midnight demanding to know their fate. You end up becoming their messanger instead.
