I loved my coworkers, they were like my family. I loved being able to help the patients and loved working with great physicians.

The autonomy I was given in my role as a NP. Also the opportunity to participate in a leadership position for committe work i.e. VP of the Physicians and other providers education committee.

The company’s mottoes was Thrive and the focus was to optimize the wellbeing of the patient. The delivery systems and communication was excellent and personal growth if employees was encouraged

Just remember to be a caring person with patients and co-workers. We all have bad days. Remember that the patients are there for us to care for. They usually have a health issue and most of the time are scared, concerned and don't understand what is happening to them. We are there to care for them.

I would tell them they are a great company to work for and the benefits are great.

It was near the end of my time there. I was having a rushed day. I was to give a TB test. Instead I gave Tetnus solution like I would do a TB test. Fortunately it was not a disaster. The patients forearm got sore, but that was all. I was more upset then anyone else. I couldn't believe I would make such a mistake.

There were several days that were stressful but I really can't think of a situation right now.

I held my ground and calmly explained the rules I had to follow and assisted them to get the situation cleared to their understanding.

The benefits and good co-workers. They were good to their employees.
