The CEO #KaiserPermanente should
I worked for KP for 30 + years. For the most part it was a good experience. I would of worked longer but due to health issues and a supervisor who tried as hard as she could to get rid of me, I finally had to quit. She was very relentless and even when I did things by the book, she insisted I was wrong. I worked in different department and different clinics and with several doctors. I enjoyed my work, my co-workers and the doctors. We always held each other in high regards. I did not want to retire, but as I stated earlier the stress was too much. Had I had a more understanding and concerned supervisor, I would of worked longer. I always felt that KP was a good employer and offered very good benefits. It was and I assume still is a very good place to work. I would like to work for them again but not in nursing due to the fact that my license has long expired. I would like to work for them as an appointment clerk or receptionist.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Ad at #KaiserPermanente ...
The only mistake I made was not standing up for myself when accused of making mistakes that I didn't make or when I was expected to do job assignments differently than other employees and having to do things on a timed schedule when every situation or day was different.

Drama at #KaiserPermanente

My advice to people interested in working at #KaiserPermanente as a #MedicalAssistant ...
KP is a great place to work WONDERFUL patients and MOST BOSSES are GREAT (we just got one that turned our dept UPSIDE DOWN but unfortunately no one seems to be able to help us) but all in all I am still able to help and give my patients the BEST CARE that I possibly can, so my advice would be no matter the behind the scene circumstances NEVER CHANGE YOUR PATIENTS CARE STILL GIVE THEM THE BEST CARE THEY DESERVE!!!

A #stressful #KaiserPermanente day
Trying to take care of my patients and my supervisor is standing right behind me breathing over me because she is worried about paying overtime??? When we were behind pretty much for the most part of the day because we need to send our patients off to another dept. and wait for them to finish there and get thier results before they can leave our department. This puts STRESS on me because I cant help it and I want my patient to have the BEST CARE but my boss dont want to pay overtime so she stands behind and watches what is happening only at the end of the day!
