I forgot to start Dave's chili (from scratch) so it would be finished by noon for game day in lounge
A #stressful #JolliesRestaurant day
Coming in at 11:00 pm. no prep had been done on day shift. Had 2 soups to make, cook for the bar and restaurant to order,and get all prep done before 6am( including pounding and breading chicken fried steaks) all by myself.
