My advice to people interested in working at #JCPenney ...
You know, I have worked with JCPenneys for quite a few years and really is based on who Is running the store. I started in 2016 and was recently terminated for something I was trained to do and never had a problem until new management and ownership took over. I was never given a warning about what they call now braking store policy. So moving on management I was under allowed me to become top sales person and helled that title in t years I was there because of their support and training in all my 48 years JCPenneys was by far the best job I’ve ever had. Who your under is key #advice
What is one important thing I should do during my interview at JCPenney?
Hi there, the advice I can give you is, show up on time (five min early), dress as if you are ready to start working there. Black, and you can wear accent color, JCPenney red (which is the color of this heart♥️), have a good attitude, be your self. Learn about the company. Be prepared, and be yourself! Good luck.

Letting coworkers be themselves and show myself to them. I was happy to come to work. It show in my daily work activities and how i relate to customers and fellow coworkers. My coworkers was the best I had ever work with. We care about each other and company so it was enjoyable even in busy times. I would recommend JCPenney to any one who outgoing caring happy person. I worked for JcPenneys for 12 yrs as a supervisor and interviewed many people. Its a pretty simple interview. Just go in positive and be yourself.
