Sadly the supervisor and higher management employees decide over the comoany policys. So if you would like to be treat it like you were know one and only what they say is right, I sugest you to work there other than that then look for other opportunities else were a company that actually care for their employees.

Do NOT go. Its a mess and overly UNPROFESSIONAL

The company keeps putting more responsibility on you, less hours in stores but more work to be done. To much focus on operations and not enough on customer focus. The company talks customer service but the company keeps putting more work into stores. Ie,; ink tagging, monthly town halls with no extra hours to do them, tons of training with no training hours, etc.

Loved the people I worked with.

Being able to help people and know that you made someone's store shopping or catalog shopping experience a pleasant and full-filling one.

Just stay focused on what your doing work hard and put your best work ethic into the job the reward will be well worth it

The many different area's I worked in while there kept it all too interesting and me busy also the pay was very satisfying
