I've been looking
For a job for about a year now!? Why won't anybody hire me? I've been on interviews but, mostly all I get are scam/spam emails from these people saying they will give me millions of dollars if I help them??

Hard To Find Employment
I prefer to work at home. I am so sick and tired of being looked over. I have a lot of customer service experience however most of the jobs I've worked with the most customer service experience goes a few years back and a few of the companies have gone out of business. I'm sick of being told that my application is being reviewed and the next day they tell me that even though my resume is strong, there are other applicants that are more qualified and they will not be moving my application forward. This does not mean I can't do the job. I feel like I've been tried and convicted without being given a fair chance. I am desperate now because I am a diabetic and the diabetes has damaged my kidneys. Some of these interviewers are a little rude and don't seem to have compassion and remember when they were in the same shoes I'm wearing now. I have to have someway to pay for my medicines. I don't have any family members here in the state where I live that could help me. I have a lot of customer service experience but if no one gives me the chance how would they know if I can do the job or not? I don't think this is fair either. If there are any employers out there that's reading this, I'm asking that you would be kind and reach out to me. All I'm asking is that you give me a chance to prove myself worthy. I need to also ask, if anyone knows of any temp to perm agencies that hire work from home agents in the state of Florida?

Second interview
I had a second interview today and it lasted from around 745 to 900 I'm hoping I get offered the job.the supervisor was very nice and friendly we talked a lot about the job and even said this is what you'll be doing does that mean he wants to hire me or did he just accidently that ahh there is just so many questions and so long to wait

I have a couple of job interviews next week. Any suggestions on the questions I should ask and how to answer the one question an interviewer always ask: What are your faults? Please help!

Interviewing
While interviewing with a potential new company can make anyone nervous, it's always good to ask questions. Inquiring about the company and the position they're looking to fill is a great thing to do. I found the following questions helpful to bring with me on interviews. #Interviews
Interview Questions to Ask the Employer
How would you describe the responsibilities of the position? What skills would you expect to see in an ideal candidate? How would you describe a typical week/day in this position? How would you describe the dress code? Is this a new position? If not, what did the previous employee go on to do? What is the company's management style? Who does this position report to? If I am offered the position, can I meet him/her? How many people work in this office/department? How much travel is expected? Is relocation a possibility? What is the typical work week? Is overtime expected? What are the prospects for growth and advancement? How does one advance in the company? What do you like about working here? What don't you like about working here and what would you change? Would you like a list of references? If I am extended a job offer, how soon would you like me to start? When can I expect to hear from you? Are there any other questions I can answer for you? Do you have any reservations about my qualifications?
Interview Questions NOT to Ask
There are some questions that you should avoid asking, since they won't present you in a positive light.
What does this company do? (Do your research ahead of time!) If I get the job when can I take time off for vacation? (Wait until you get the offer to mention prior commitments) Can I change my schedule if I get the job? (If you need to figure out the logistics of getting to work don't mention it now...) Did I get the job? (Don't be impatient. They'll let you know.) #interview
