Well the company closed down December of 2016. My last day after 6 great years as manager.

The most stressful day is when business is very slow, But we just stayed busy with things we don't get around to doing on a normal day........

We were able to defuse the situation. The employees understood that it was not the place nor the environment for attitude. The customer was given 25% discount on their next purchase.
