I loved interacting with the customers. Making them smile and laugh before they leave is a wonderful experience.

I wanna I you have space because I move here in bufalo but before I work in ihop like a 3 years in the Bronx am very fast and i now everything is only practice again
The best part about working at #Ihop was
After working 14 years and a half they falsely accused me just cause they not having business like they use to the general manager was racist and another employee they moved down was messing up and owed them money back we had to cover his slack and mistakes whoever didnt want to was in the wrong plus i wouldnt let them work me like a slave i earned my raises and pay from working hard and dedicated but they wanted me to work 7 days every holiday birthdays and not worry about my family but devote my life to them so because i start refusing to work like that before i loose my family they suspended me on he say she say with no proof then it went from 2 days suspended to a month then was telling every employee i was fired behind my back and when i asked the district and general manager they said they didnt say it but general and kitchen manager admitted that they had no proof at all and it was wrong then they took half my ththfrom my last check so to everyone Ihop is not a good place to work but the only answer they gave is where going in a different direction i guess meaning race cause thats what they did me and i have bills and kids to feed but they didnt even care now why would someone want to work at a place like that emotionaly hurt cause i had devoted my life to that place and it meant nothing working 3 and 2 shifts almost every week why they went home to there family Ihop sucks and lies and racism !!!!
