When my general manager would yell at his workers in front of everyone

Serving the out of towners. The rest sucked.. The manager there was horrible. He did not know how to run or store and definately counldnt talk to his staff with respect. He lies to cover his own butt. Ive never felt so harrassed and uncomfortable dlso bad in a work place. Customers waited to long for the food. He didnt want to pay for cooks to work so there was never enough cooks to cover the shifts. All around terrible experience amd ive been working for ihop for over 10 yrs and never felt so disrespected in my life

Worst job everrrr

I wasn't with the team very long, the mangers always recognized my efforts to do the best job possible. They even considered moving me to a cooks position, I was unable to continue. Love the job.

Don't try to transfer to somewhere else because you won't be able to go back to original one that you worked at
