It's a fun place to be love to meet new people at IHOP you will meet a variety of people my co-workers are my family the managers are fair I Love my new family aka job I love IHOP #1900

My General manager not properly scheduling enough employees on Veterans Day when we were given away free pancakes

I learned how to make a killer amulet lol i also learned how IHOP is a great place to take the family out to eat the manager's are great and workers are friendly and professional

Everyday all they did was pick on me or try to make me do all the work cause they knew I didn't mind, the only time I seen another server work besides me and like 2 others is when a table came in that they know gone leave a big tip.

The money

I'm still new but I like the chaotic mornings it makes the morning shift go fastet

The manager did not schedule enough servers or cooks for "Free Pancake Day". There was on cook in the kitchen and I was the covering all of the front of the house. As soon as I realized the problem and called the manager in to help me serve. Our cook was quick, but not that quick so when we got slammed it took longer than usual to get the food out but we did a lot of running and making sure the customers were content. We did it! everyone left with a smile on their faces and we didn't get home until 3:00am after closing time was supposed to be 10:00pm. Once it was over my manager asked me how I do it. That in itself made it worth it.

Loved meeting new people

i just walked in and applied
