The CEO #HSC should

employees must be evaluated according to their skills not ,about who knows who and if benefits are put in place like providend fund this will encourage workers on their daily conduct, when you join HSC then work for more than ten years and you still dont have any job security ,no contract no permanant job ,just described as on going contract is very risky , if all this things mentioned above are rectified i think it will be a great pleasure to work for thi company again in future

What I loved working at #HSC

When candidates and clients gave me the company directory. That was the best motivation and confidence builder ever! In any company the people are the greatest assets always in every industry.

The most challenging thing at #HSC was

Keeping the pipeline packed for future deals to keep revenue flowing was a rush. The most difficult aspect was talking to people that wanted the opportunity but were far from a viable candidate. Having to let someone know they were not qualified was awkward.
