Drama at #Holdsworth,Inc.

I rather not get into that simply because life experience taught me about gender and racism. I personally encountered that and later regretted lashing out as it was very obvious to me, i.e., gender bias.

My advice to people interested in working at #Holdsworth,Inc. as a #Supervisor ...

If you going there for just a paycheck, that will not workout. You must be sincere about human service to the individual you are hired to support.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Supervisor at #Holdsworth,Inc. ...

Retiring. I left before getting a diagnosis on what turned out to be minor.

Those times when a individual became ill due to a physical disability. There were times it was stressful and I felt helpless. There also times when an individual passed on.

I decided to work for #Holdsworth,Inc. because...

I went to Holdsworth in 2003 to work part time. I enjoyed the work and interaction with the residents and staff. I went on to work full time for 14 years.
