Is there anybody out there that hires people with felonies? I’ve been denied really good jobs just because I’m still on felony probation. And I’m not looking for a job that has no growth within the company

Depending on how old they are.. after 7 years you have no worries .. construction industry is where we felones used to go. 75 % of this country was built by felones.. but it'd getting tougher every day to find decent employment with a fair wage and just treatment... ..Walmart- McDonald's job core... anything in building where your not coming into contact with the public - customers or enter peeps residence is a good source..

Get employed first, then continue your job search; remember that any employer is going to have trust issues with you and they will need to have ways to deal with it.

As an aspiring Human Resource professional I hope to continue my development in my career. I look for opportunities that bring growth and strive to overcome challenges. I find great value in my traits of being detail-oriented, personable, and success motivated. In my experience of being a leader I was able to practice being a servant leader in different environments. I hope to continue this practice as well as develop and learn more about being a great leader.

Tbh you are actually helping yourself to advance more for the company. But they try to keep you down. They look for family members and friends to advance them before anything

Shipping Receiving at Dhl

Haha good question, DHL is one of the worst company to work for. Lots of favoritism and you don’t have to have a degree to become a supervisor or lead a bunch of dumbs and they hate you if you speak up. Plus you get poorer working there who survive with a 5-6 hundred a week in this time. So RUN 🏃‍♀️

A highly data-driven and process-oriented data analyst with in-depth knowledge of data mining, data preparation, hypothesis testing, and data visualization seeks a place in a challenging environment where my technical and analytical skills may add value to the company’s strategic and operational growth.
