As lead i was over a crew..once it was a temp that didn't wanna work..i suggested they go home after an argument..in which i was disrespected..the temp stayed& was on light duty while i worked their slack

If you got bills to pay...don't quit until you find another job...& that place doesn't care for it's workers..it's never you did a good job..just a bunch of complaints& suspensions..
