Bringing to Self What Self Desires.....

I accept that it is not what a potential employer thinks that get one what is wanted but one's own individual focus.

The mind is so powerful and controls one's destiny; it is such a strong tool; but unfortunately doesn't get taken advantage of in the true creative mode, and by which all abilities are held.

We tend to react in the ways in which we have been taught, which just as unfortunate for we have been taught upside down; with the collective thought patterns that have been established for the purpose of control.

We also tend to overlook the obvious, and concern ourselves more on what others think then the inner workings and creativity of our own minds which is the TRUE controlling factor.

But of course, retraining of mind has to begin with the belief that we are apart of the Creator, and Created as Co-Creators and truly possess these abilities; For The Infinite Can Only Create of Likeness to Itself.

....Jesus Is Within Me, And Where He Is God Must Be For He Is Apart of Him.

We are never not creating for this would be an impossibility; so the question become rather one chooses to create voluntarily with direction achieving what one desires or continuing to create involuntarily, seemingly out of one's control and in the control of others.

"I AM an Heir to First Cause, Endowed With All The Power of My Father, All Has Been Given, All Is Mine, and All I Have To Do Is Reach Out My Mental Hand and Take It".

As Scripture states:. "Thou Shall Not Want "...Why? Because It Has Already Been Given!

Be Alert, Be Careful ! #Scammed

Good Morning,

Over the past few days I received a few emails stating I got the Job! The funny thing is I never applied for them! These are similar to one’s I received in the past with just different names and emails. On my Next Post I will share an example of what I am talking about. During this time of year when looking for a job people who do this know there is a higher volume of hiring going on with the holidays. This is a perfect time to prey on innocent people who are truly seeking employment. Do Not Fall Victim to this Scam! I know people who has clicked on the link or replied to the email only to wake up with there bank accounts wiped out. Also there are others out there that are telling you they are going to request a Google Code for you to retrieve and give them? By doing this you allow them to open a google phone number under your account. In turn they committed fraud and police track the scams back to you! Please take your time when reading your emails and only reply to the ones you know you applied or requested information to? This can be a costly mistake in the future if you fall victim to one of these scams! #scammed, #jobsearch, #employment, #application, #beware,

ARE YOU OR ARE YOU NOT ADDING VALUE!

///ADDING VALUE IS KING!!!///

IN TODAY'S HIGHLY COMPETITIVE JOB MARKET OF TODAY. YOU ARE NOT ONLY COMPETING AGAINST OTHER INDIVIDUALS BUT YOU ARE NOW COMPETING AGAINST THE WORLD AT LARGE. I BELIEVE SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED HERE IN AMERICA WITH ITS AND AMONG IT'S OWN PEOPLE. THAT IS THIS "WE HAVE LOST OUR COMPETITIVE EDGE!" IT IS SEEMINGLY TODAY THAT WE SEEM TO EXPECT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING OR JUST BECAUSE I HAVE DONE SOMETHING I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT AGAIN. BUT WE HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT LIFE IS ABOUT EVOLVING FROM ONE THING TO THE OTHER. OUR SOCIETY AND CULTURE WAS NOT MADE FROM PEOPLE WHO WANTED SOMETHING GIVEN TO THEM BUT THEY WERE PEOPLE WHO INVENTED, CREATED THINGS, MADE STUFF OUT OF NOTHING. WHERE HAS THAT CREATIVE COMPETITOR'S EDGE GONE TOO. I TELL YOU WHERE IT HAS BEEN BEATEN THE CRAPPED OUT OF MOST OF US TODAY. THE REASON WHY MOST OTHER CULTURES AND ETHNIC GROUPS ARE OUT PERFORMING MOST OF OUR AMERICA CULTURAL SOCIETY IS BECAUSE OF THEIR COMPETITIVE EDGE AND THEIR GO GETTER ATTITUDE. WE HAVE LOST THAT THESE DAYS! WELL, YOU MIGHT BE ASKING YOURSELF STEPHEN HOW DO WE GET IT BACK? WELL, IT IS BY ADDING TREMENDOUS VALUE TO THE MARKETPLACE OF TODAY. TRUE VALUE IS THE NEW CURRENCY OF THE NEW EMERGING MARKETPLACE OF TODAY. WHEREVER TREMENDOUS VALUE IS ADDED TO ANYONE OR ANYTHING THAT IS THE PERSON(S) THAT WILL BE AHEAD IN THIS NEW GLOBALIZED EMERGING MARKETPLACE OF TODAY. NOT WHINNERS, COMPLAINERS, AND FOLKS WHO WANT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. BUT FOR THOSE DOERS AND GO GETTERS THAT KNOW ULTIMATELY IT IS WHAT YOU ADD TO THE MARKETPLACE THAT WILL TRULY MATTER IN THE END. SO, IF I WERE YOU IF YOU SO HAPPEN TO READ THIS SMALL ARTICLE OR READ. ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION! AM I OR AM I NOT ADDING VALUE TO WHATEVER IT IS THAT I AM DOING AND NOT DOING WITHIN THE MARKETPLACE OF TODAY? THIS IS THE TRILLION DOLLAR QUESTION THAT MUST BE ASKED GOING FORWARD!

TO OUR FUTURES, STEPHEN UNDERWOOD, GEO/FOUNDER U-CAN GLOBAL MULTICULTURAL MARKETING GROUP, L.L.C OUR WEBSITE: HTTP://THEGIGFORU.CONSTANTCONTACTSITES.COM

Disturbed

I came to America from Africa. Went to school, finished my MBA but do not have any working experience in America. So I get interviewed by a big company in fort wayne. I believed the interview went great but at the end I started feeling terrible. I was asked whether i love working in a team or not. My answer was yes I love working in a team and i even gave examples related to my past work experience. But after answering that, the interviewer said, they need someone who is independent. Then they asked me where i see myself in 5 years time. This is what i said " in 2 to 3 years, I see myself becoming a true expert and master at this position in your company. I plan to really immerse myself in this position, understand the areas that need to be improved, discover the ins and out of the business then also look for opportunities to make my team and department as efficient as possible. Then in 5 years time, I see myself extending my expertise in different departments through applying my skills and knowledge obtained from my role". The interviewer replied, no way you would wish to extend your expertise, u just need to stay in that position or maybe go for a receptionist job. Wowwwwww I felt terrible, coz the position I was being interviewed for was in credit, but trying to lower me down made me feel terrible. I asked them what major skills are they looking at, for someone to take the position, the interviewer told me all they need is someone with great computer skills. I told them my first degree is in Information Technology and am also well vast with most excel functions. Wow the interviewer just looked at me, then i asked if there a chance of me getting the job, wow the interviewer reminded me how I dont experience in America and that i need to much training. Really felt horrible. I am wondering how i can get experience in America if companies feel they dont want to hire you. The interviewer never seemed like a true person coz he seemed against everything I was saying.

Racist clients

I'm a black woman. I recently took a new nursing assignment through an agency I've been with for almost a year. My recruiter thinks highly of me and told me I'd be a "good fit". Today I spoke with my recruiter and she asked me if I were having any issues which I thought was odd because why would I be. She goes on to say that the family of the clients I care for are racist and has a preference for white nurses. She never even told the family that I was black, so there I was meeting these people for the first time not knowing they had a bias against me. The family of the clients have been around quite often, they haven't been rude but it's still upsetting that my recruiter would put me in this kind of predicament. I don't care that these people are racist.. I'm very happy with the skin I'm in, but I would not have chose to work for them and in their home at that! The energy felt a bit off at times but I didn't know why but what I do know is that racists are good at hiding it when it's convenient. My recruiter asked that I not behave any differently and would like for me to keep the assignment since there aren't any blatant problems. I think I should walk away from it, these people are faking as though they like me only because I do a great job. It will feel forced and awkward, I can't ignore that and I will not be a token black woman. Thoughts?
