My advice to people interested in working at #FabarcSteel as a #Supervisor ...
If you want to work hard and not get paid for the hard work then that's the job for you. Don't get me wrong if you are starting out in fabrication it's a great place to work. They will teach you everything you need to go make more money elsewhere

The biggest mistake I made as a #Supervisor at #FabarcSteel ...
The biggest mistake I made a fabarc was believing the lies. Always told "we are family" guess what they act like it because most family's will screw you over before anyone else

A #stressful #FabarcSteel day
The most stressful thing about working at Fabarc is trying to make manhours on jobs that are impossible to do. For example I get a job a 14 manhours a ton which should be 18 manhours a ton. They will reduce the man down to 10 manhours a ton then bitch because you lose hours. Also another is the safety personal. They always bitch and complain about safety and make all kinds of promises for a safety incentive and once you make the safety personal happy they find a reason not to give the incentive. Always told safety it's not that we don't care about safety because we don't want to get hurt. It's we don't care about the dumbasses in safety that don't have a clue how to fab steel. Every department I ran we always had fewer accidents than any other department. I always taught my guys to look out for one another and correct the problem when the see a problem

Drama at #FabarcSteel
The drama comes from the president and his family. He let's his wife which doesn't work there run the place. She makes him put her family in supervisor positions no matter the experience they have.

What I loved working at #FabarcSteel
The people in the shop are good. That's about it
