The biggest mistake I made as a #Manager at #EZPAWN ...

No mistakes I can think of other than giving a employee the wrong day off. But was corrected ..

Drama at #EZPAWN

It was when I took over a store they had merchandise missing from the previous management which I didn't know of. We resolved the issue by settling in court and and making the customer happy to come back and gaining my trust

A time I was disappointed at #EZPawn

Let's see, granted I loved working as a pawn broker, but upon my hire I was told this was a "family comes first" company which resulted in my exhusband gaining custody of my son due to no one willing to cover me when my son was sick and needed medical attention. I lost my son and my job. Yes there's more to the story than that, but that's it in a nut shell and I'm no longer eligible for rehire.
