One thing I would change at #Elsa would be
Attendance point system terrible. It's like a revolving door at this place. You get 8 points for the year, which is great. But if you fall below 4 points in one year, you start at 4 instead of 8 again. Which means you have to work 4 years straight without calling in to start at 8 again.
