My advice to people interested in working at #DukeManufacturing as a #MaterialHandler ...

Keep focus and watch your back. I didn't think I would make it through the first year but made it through ten. Their are some great people that work there and their are a few that aren't good.

The biggest mistake I made as a #MaterialHandler at #DukeManufacturing ...

My last day working there, I had an accident on the fork lift and damaged property.

Everyday was stressful the last three years I worked there because I was averaging 20,pop steps a day as a material handeler. Lean came in maybe a year before at that time I was averaging more. No one wanted my job.
