The worst day was when Bob had. A heart attack. Scared the baggeebas out of me . Bob treated me like a son . We gave him CPR until the ambulance arrived. He came too loading him in and he said just take care of things I'll be back. I wasn't sure how to handle things answering everyone's questions but all worked out . when Mrs. Kathy got back she looked at me and said " if it wasn't for you we couldn't do this " I walked out th we office set on the stairs and cried.

Have you ever worked a job where felt you just couldnt click or fit in with your coworkers? I started a job totally outside my experience level. I've always worked upper management but my health took a bit of a turn so I sought a position that I could go to work and then simply go home. My first day, the lady that was to train me had a foul attitude towards me from the start. She had been with the company 19+ years. I chalked her attitude up to her working 16 to 18 hours a day 7 days a week. I had no idea she was in fear of loosing her job to me. Her training was minimal to say the least. She did not want me to know much of anything about the job. She wanted me to know just what I needed to get by and be dependent on her. Massively long story shorten to a long story she was bashing me to superiors behind my back, blaming me for her mistakes. She succeeded in turning my superiors against me. I worked 12 hour shifts but I worked 6 pm to 6 am so I did not work with any of my supervisors. I worked alone. It became clear to e that they wanted to let me go, for almost a year but never had a good enough reason. Then I had 3 weeks of accumulated time off, so I put in for 4 days off. The day I returned my supervisor and one of the HR ladies came in and he said he had to let me go. I had been expecting it for so long that it actually did not phase me. He gave a few reasons which I answered each charge with a very reasonable explanation, even to the point the HR lady started glaring at my supervisor. As I was walking out of the office the HR came out with me and told me who to call about getting hired back. Now comes my delima..... I later heard through other employees that they had IT in numerous times trying to get him to do something to my computer. He refused and even walked out and quit. This was prior to my time off. During my time off they got a new guy in there that was on my computer and that's when my supervisor was claiming to HR that I had downloaded spyware. Well I've never had any downloading priveledges, as employees seldom ever do, so there was no way I did it. He never mentioned to me anything about this in my termination that morning., I don't know how to handle this. Do I just let it go and go about my way or do I confront? Oh by the way, the girl they hired to replace me did take this womans place and they terminated the woman. Lol.

My boss is the owners mom where I work and she comes into the office part time and she pushes me around and talks very disrespectful to me she blames me for mistakes others make. She says things like " everything you do is wrong" "you mess up everything you tourch" insult after insult and I just have to sit there and take it from her. Its unacceptable. what is wrong with employers these days its impossible to find a job where you are treated like a valued employee.

I have a coworker who I’ve been having to do most of her work from the direction of my boss but I feel like this girl was taking advantage and kept giving me all of her work I ended up sick this past week and she told me she’s got another job

She works for a different company I’ve asked my company to move me as I have been working under unfair work conditions for almost a year

I had a job interview a couple of weeks ago but have not heard anything back from the company

I was working for a company for almost 3yrs. When I accidentally gave a customer an employee's discount. I received a call from corporate regarding this matter and I told them that I was will to pay the difference. Instead of giving me a second chance they suspended me and within 12hrs after my suspension they called and told me that I was terminated. I worked my butt off for this company and they didn't give me a write up, a warning, nothing. Sad to say but this company is a very disappointment.

Drama at #Tri-StatePropane

The customers were never angry with me. I was courteous and respectful to the customers, both in the office and over the phone. As for co-worker, yes she was difficult to work with. At first she was nice then she started messing with the work I had done, changing things to make me look bad. When she couldn't destroy my work she started making up things, saying I was causing a hostile environment and she couldn't work with me. She went as far as saying I leaned back to hit her. Corporate office had no problems with my work, they complimented me on my job performance. This other person had worked with the company approx. 9 years. When she complained to the supervisor we answered to, of course she took this person's side of the story. She fired me on Friday after the company gave me a Christmas Bonus on Thursday. This is a very ugly story. One that can't all be told here. The person who made these acquisitions against me also had held my order for propane when I ran out last January. And this time she wouldn't let me order because of her rules about payment, not corporate's. Here again just another ugly mess that can't be told here. I was not the only one who had trouble with this person, the drivers at Tri-State had had problems with her for years. Good people have been fired because of this person. I would like for someone to know the whole story, but it is hard to trust anyone at corporate, especially the person who hired fired me. Sorry for being so detailed with this question. I am not out for vengeance. But other people are having to deal with lies and stress this person dishes out simply because she believes it is her office and she can run it anyway she wants.
