Drama at #Dr.SarahPalmer

I had a older female patient get mad about her bill for her husband. She accused me of lying about the total balance due and that I was wrong. I tried to explain the insurance to her but she was confused. She walked out after paying only a portion. She later sent a letter apologizing and explaining that she had found out recently that she was ill, and was worried about her finances She did pay her remaining balance. I kept my cool and I was honestly shocked by her anger. She ended up passing away sadly, within a year.

I enjoyed working for #Dr.SarahPalmer because...

I still work for Dr. Palmer. I just feel like I need a change. What I like best is the patients I work for really. They appreciate a smiling, friendly face that will go to bat for them with their insurance. I have been working in dentistry for over 30 years now. I am a good multi tasker and i feel goodwhen I am busy getting things done. I enjoy working with the public. Most of the time anyway.
