I have worked for this company for 17 years. I LOVE this company, but the person who was appointed as the director of operations this past year has made a plight out of harassing me. Fabricating writeup, suspending me, and finally denoting me out of my salaried position while I was gone on vacation. Now that I am back, stuck working under the person she gave my job to, she sits in the lobby of the resturaunt and continues to harass me and threaten my employment, for what reason I do not know other than for her own entertainment. I am the sole provider in my household, I cannot quit without another job and I cannot stay where I'm at because they cut my pay and my hours in half and I cannot afford to.
