My advice to people interested in working at #DhakaSheratonHotelBangladesh as a #AssistantManager ...
Since the Hospitality Industry is the People's Industry as I have been working with a view to providing services to exceed the expectation of guest services so it is the only place where mostly international guests other than 7-10% guest used to stay in an business regional workshop or conference so I used to advise my university students to work on international five star hotel to provide services and get reward in many occasions to upgrade once professional career.

The biggest mistake I made as a #AssistantManager at #DhakaSheratonHotelBangladesh ...
To Err is human yet to remember many discrepancies, out of that One Guest had the room reservations with pre-paid for 3 or 4 nights accommodation paid but I did everything in right but the reason i took his credit card for the extras or miscellaneous payment but due to 100% occupancy , I forgot to make two Folios like 1. Rooms & 2. Extras. Ultimately it was only one bill where guest did not tell anything at check-in time and finally check-out time as guest paid all bills. But after the guest left, he wrote a complained letter to the management why he had paid though he paid in room payment early with a Travel Company Agent. So I got a Warning Letter as a Biggest Lesson during working at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel.

During SAARC with Seven Countries Regional Meeting (The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) Summit - for Foreign Ministers' for seven Countries Conference in 1993 & SAARC - For Seven Countries Prime Ministers/Presidents (ALL VVIP Head of the State) checked-in & stayed in 1994 so all guests were move to other Five Star Hotel for the 100& Security with all deployment of Law Forces were on Duty at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel and we the hotel employees served with 100% occupancy of business - out of 11 years, I felt it was the most stressful day in my service life being a service provider under Rooms Division/Front Office Department. Besides, during all VVIP/CIP for any International Guests stayed for the International Confernce/workshop to make them 100% happy.

Drama at #DhakaSheratonHotelBangladesh
The real Hospitality with a Co-worker or with Guest/s was a real a place of patience, to honour/respect was a real part of training of a senior e.g. to care and respect to a subordinate which was to like give and take policies so in case of any anger situation came to tackle otherwise jt was not called Hospitality. We learnt it for our mistakes and upgraded in case of myself.

What I loved working at #DhakaSheratonHotelBangladesh
I loved all Sheraton's training, rules, & regulations, policies, time management, risk management, guest services, front office operations and its management, shifting jobs (morning, evening & night) with everyday's learning. Finally the experience in Duty Manager's - Shift Manager on Duty round the clock to represent the Hotel General Manager & Hotel with Management Log Report.
