Very much mismanaged. New VP running the place while the owner well......he just sits in his office.

I would tell anyone not to apply for a job at solid details cause i've been there going on 6 years never been given a raise no benefits, no insurance, and i feel like i'm the foreigner at the job. I know for a fact that we have at least 15 undocumented workers who get treated better than me and i was born and raised here in texas. I know your thinking then why am i still there, well i have no transportation and applied with different companies but no has ever given me a chance cause of my age. I just recently found out about job case. I just need help and advice.

My boss at solid details is a two face fake christian wannabe, he has employees voluntarily join in on a bible study chat monday, wendsday, and friday which is company time. I never met a christian who speaks about god then 45 minutes later he's cursing like a sailor and yells at employees like were new boots in the army.

There is not one thing i like about working at solid details

Trying to do too many things at once . It backfired teribbly. Wasnt fired. They gave me another chance

The ability to help my fellow employees perform their job helping them with their computers

Had some experience already, was hired to program and run.a pollar/Mohr cutter. Loved my first day. New some of other employees. Worked their 24 years. As the company got larger management cared less about workers.

I love working with the public I am a person that loves helping out other people

Loved the fast pace,always having four more trucks to unload or orders to pull and stage.When I did sit down to type out B.O.L. I'd have time to joke and talk to drivers.

We offer a customer a rate For a car from USA. He got angry because of change in price due to seasonal prices. He screamed and smashed the door. I took control of the situation. So se sent him to another car rental. Not a GOOD Customer to drive around in our streets with a bad attitude. Simply. No Rent...
