What I loved working at #Penna.Hospital

Penna.Hospital gave a chance to increase my knowledge about managing people and a chance to put into practice the training skills I receive from from Temple University. To be creative and learn more about plant material and their growing conditions.

My advice to people interested in working at #WinCoFoods as a #OvernightStocker ...

It's a great opportunity if you like working graveyard, they give you lots of overtime almost everyday and the pay was great if you could handle stress from the busy work just know that you have to go at a certain Pace or they can send you home early so if you have the drive to push yourself hard on harder each day you'll love the job.

Trust No One

I could write a novel about Belk. Trust no one around you and keep your ears open and your mouth shut. It's all about who can get the most sales. Yes, that's part of the job, but there are such things as what we call a register hog. Belk has what's called sales per hour. If you don't meet that they will drop your pay, and you may not find out til you look at your pay stub. That may be their company policy, but it's not fair. Your pay should be based on how YOU perform as a customer service representative.
Also I would like to point out that in my 7 years there, I saw a huge turnover in management as well as sales floor associates. The manager's are always cracking under the pressure of ridiculous changes. I could go on but you get the drift. I don't recommend working for this company unless it's to gain experience and move on. Oh and forget overtime. Expect minimal hours.

Greatest Company worst circumstances

I was happily and gainfully employed for HRP, at a small hometown apartment community when without notice the owners felt it was in their best interest to change management companies. This was a complete heartbreak for myself and my employees I was supervising. This company was not only family oriented but they also truly loved their residents. Unfortunately, due to location there were no other places I could transfer with the company to, unless I was able to uproot my family and move (which wasn't feasible). I've never worked for another company that wasn't afraid to give everyone a chance and also invest so much in their employees. They know that if they invest in them that the employees will then return and forward that on to the residents, which then assist the business owners on the financial end because residents will stay where they are happy. I hope the future brings HRP to my area again and I get the chance to be blessed to be back in the "family way". I couldn't more strongly recommend a better company to work for.

What I loved working at #Kinsethhospitality

As traveling general manager I was able to work several jobs. Each property there was something different to do when I arrive. From guest services to auditor to troubleshooting. I also filled in as general manager when needed. There was a few times that we started up new properties where we were able to train all the new staff. Each day was a great Learning experience with them.

What I loved working at #LongTermCareGroup

The people at #LongTermCareGroup are the best. My supervisors encouraged me to always push forward. Co-workers were always friendly and helpful. HR would bend over backwards for you. I was never micro-managed.

What I loved working at #AT&T.&Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics

I worked for twenty years as an outside technician, covering a complete county and 4 to 5 cities in another county and absolutely loved it. I worked ninety-nine percent of the time on my own as a communications technician. I repaired land line telephones service in and out of homes, inside and outside wire with outside plant included, Digital Synchronous Loop Internet and UVERSE Internet. With the State Bureau of Narcotics, I worked for three years as a State Reserve Agent on surveillance and assisted in arresting known parties in other varieties of criminal activities. I loved the work, but decided to move to South East Texas after retiring from AT&T
