Discussed it with temp jobs and unprofessional setting

I've been working through this temp agency and she's really a nice person she hook me up with a nice position seasonal but the one I've been on lately it's a horrid situation and actually I hope I get to leave it on Monday let me fill you in a little bit I don't think I can handle being in an environment where it's not professional and when unprofessional behavior occurs and management says nothing about it let me give you two examples and I hope it doesn't make you sick is it makes me sick I have to sit behind somebody who's talking about YouTube videos about dolphins having sex with a human being or or trying to I don't need to hear that send a job it's disgusting and a supervisor who sitting there as much as much into it as she is and here's another thing I don't need to hear about somebody who needs to get on disability and how the other girls auntie screws over the government when there's nothing wrong with her and she's going to let her know her secret on her break in front of the whole call center I hope I do let go because I can't handle it I've been getting migraine headaches in the supervisors don't care

I kept a positive attitude at #BectonDickenson by

Becton-Dickenson is the greatest place in the world to work. They are very, very employee friendly - a nice cafeteria, an on-site gym (subsidized), free coffee stations, a nice Christmas party, etc. A fellow-employee lost her husband very suddenly and they told her to "take her time", and then sent somebody to the bank with her to help untangle the financial mess he had left behind. I've been there for about six years, and have never heard anybody slam desk drawers, or stomp around muttering about how "this place is going to drive me nuts".

Island of misfit toys

Working at the Hard rock hotel Chicago was one of the most uncorporate corporations I’ve ever had the pleasure to work for. They really did let you be yourself with all your corks and excepted you for haveing them. It truly was a family in the senses of we looked out for one another and didn’t try to stab each other in the back. There was no cut throat feeling which made us not want to leave the company no matter how much you complained about things that weren’t going to change. I now understand why large tech companies operate like this because we actually did want to work for the corporation and not just collect a check.

What I loved working at #RasGas

They have followed all the procedures, never counted dollars in-exchange to their staff health and wealth. Even managers were very friendly, had lots of get-togethers. As a contractor to RasGas, I was paid well. Never over stressed myself. Had a wonderful boss who went a step ahead to train and guide me to handle my job properly. Had an excellent team who treated me like family member. RasGas experience is the best in my life.

My advice to people interested in working at #Totalindustrialservice as a #Boilermaker ...

If you want to learn more and wanted to learn more about your craft that was a good job and the owner was a good man that cared about his company and employers

What I loved working at #HurcoManufacturing

Once you get used to the culture, its one big family with everyone reaching out to one another across product lines, across department lines, across divisions. They have one of the best Health and Medical packages you could ever want from a company - this is a big seller!

I kept myself motivated at #WalmartSuperCenter by

I would have to say what modivated me at Walmart Super Center was Walmart's biggest rule to all employees the number 1 rule which i loved was the "10 Foot Rule" when you see customers 10 feet away you are instructed to help any customer you see from 10 feet away manidorty but simple to follow common sense
