I have yet to feel appreciated. Crissy suspended me because of target time of 230 and i had a 400 checkout. She set me up. I would've been written up regardless.

As traveling general manager I was able to work several jobs. Each property there was something different to do when I arrive. From guest services to auditor to troubleshooting. I also filled in as general manager when needed. There was a few times that we started up new properties where we were able to train all the new staff. Each day was a great Learning experience with them.
