One thing I would have loved to have at #Crossroads Chiropractic was more experience.
Crossroads Chiropractic was my dream job except that I wish that it had lasted longer and I had learned more than I did.

One thing I would have loved to have at #Crossroads Management was
Less of a click and better treatment of the employees that are not part of the click. Very condescending atmosphere. Very hard to work in this company. #aboutmyjob #mythoughts #advice #stressful #wordsofadvice

My advice to people interested in working at #Crossroads as a #SecurityOfficer ...
Do not piss anybody off, john will fire you for that, I know he did me.

Drama at #Crossroads
I told them if you want to continue with this, I will throw you out. After they yelled at me from the main floor, I was on the second floor. they did not like that their kid could not play on the escalators. normally I gave everybody respect in a nice calm manner, but that day it was impossible.

Before my interview at #Crossroads I wish I knew...
The mall manager john wants his guards to enforce all the rules of crossroads mall with absolutely no conflict. I dealt with a social justice warrior who worked at a store in the mall and two sets of parents who thought their kids should do anything they want, had conflict with the parents and the associate . And got fired for it. john always will side with the complainers over the employees that work for him. He hates it when you disrespect him, but he will disrespect you without thinking about it. And if you disrespect him he will tell you that he will kill you, I do not think he meant it. Jamy the head guard is a nice guy, he will respect you and defend you as much as he can. unless you let everybody do what they want and do not enforce anything, you will not last long there.
