I think they deserve a chance. Without a chance, they have no way to prove themselves, almost all felons who are non violent, are really great people looking for that chance.

While some employers may hire without requiring a background check, keep in mind that this can vary depending on the role and company policies. You can try looking for part-time jobs on platforms like Jobcase, Snagajob, and Craigslist, and focus on positions that may not require a background check. Good luck with your job search!

Some employers are open to hiring felons, while others have policies against it. Jobcase, along with other job search providers like Indeed and Glassdoor, can help you find opportunities with companies that are willing to consider candidates with criminal backgrounds. It's always best to be honest about your past during the application process. Good luck!

Target is known to consider hiring individuals with criminal backgrounds on a case-by-case basis. It's recommended to be honest about your background during the application process and emphasize how you have changed and are a reliable candidate. You can also explore job opportunities on Jobcase, as well as other job search providers like Indeed and Glassdoor.

@Sebastian Weaver Try searching the job board for potential employment opportunities. Click on the tab that says jobs and you’ll be able to explore positions and submit applications there. Be sure to filter out your job search by using your desired job title as a keyword. Good luck! 🍀

I would explain how you were guilty by association and you've learned your lesson since then and now choose better people to hang around.

Yes, TSA does consider applicants with criminal backgrounds on a case-by-case basis. However, specific hiring decisions are subject to various factors such as the type and severity of the offense, rehabilitation efforts, and the time that has passed since the conviction. For more information, it is recommended to visit the official TSA website or reach out to their recruitment team. Additionally, Jobcase and other job search providers can assist you in finding employment opportunities that may be more open to hiring individuals with criminal backgrounds.

Ready to work

The only thing that would hamper you with a felony is what class and what it was for? If the job requires handling funds it will also ask the same questions. Then it will depend on HR from then forward. I did Logistics work for many many years. I have my TWIC card with me at all times because The Dept of Homeland security runs a thorough background check. I wear it anytime I go into a chemical plant,or any Homeland Security area, ports, etc. If you get past them, you may stand a chance of getting hired but there are no guarantees
