In spite of other inadequacies, the students were very polite and willing to learn. The library was often thronged with student reading and borrowing books.

I took everything very calm, I refrained from being violent. I took a few deep breaths and within a few minutes I regained my composure because I realized anger was not the solution.Thereafter i designed ways to have any unofficial interaction with the member of staff.

I was greatly elated in November 2014 when a team from the Oracle University( West African Zone) visited Crawford University to formally introduce the Oracle University courses to the students. I was the only Oracle Certified lecturer( DBA) at the time. During the interview that preceded my employment, I convinced the then Vice Chancellor of the benefits of the Oracle project and he promised to give it a trial. Thereafter the Oracle lessons were being introduced.

Breaking into my office without my consent is unethical. But this was authorized by the Vice Chancellor in one of the one-month vacations. I was reliably told after the incident that the action was taken because the room was needed by a music committee. Some of my valuables were harvested away. I wrote a letter of protest which apparently irked the University authority because I learned that no staff member ever queries anything done by the church, because the church owns and shares the same campus with the University

Crawford University is a Christian faith University. Much of your success depends on whether or not you share their denomination faith. Merit counts only for about 25%, the rest is strictly the Apostolic faith doctrine, no employee should dare oppose it. Other Christian denominations are believed by the administrators to be inferior.Patience and endurance are required. To be successful at Crawford you must drop your ego and accept the administration's decrees. Staff members who belong to the Apostolic faith cannot be wrong in whatever they do! .It is a harrowing experience for a non-Apostolic Faith person to progress in Crawford university.
