My advice to people interested in working at #CPARC as a #supervisor ...

Make nice with the right people. You won't have anything to worry about after that.

The biggest mistake I made as a #supervisor at #CPARC ...

Trying to cover up a staff's med error as I did not want them to get in trouble. I got fired.

The most important thing I learned at #CPARC was

The most important thing I learned at CPARC was that all human beings regardless of whether they have a disability deserve to be treated equal and that individuals with disabilities are quite capable of making outstanding contributions to the world around us.

I also learned that in order to succeed at CPARC you need to know who to bow down to in order to advance in that company.
