We went out side and talked our issue out calmly like men should do then moved forward.

What I loved working at #RapideBuiltBuildings
They are a company with a defined future in Fabrication. Great opportunity with many opportunities to succeed.

Operating your own business is a risky business.
Jobcase provided a link for me to describe my experience working for Sanders Concrete Service in San Angelo TX.
Well ,I owned and operated
SCS about 8 or 9 years as sole proprietor. The experience was bad. The work was there and I was raised up in this business as many concrete people are,the best ones did it as a young kid with their family growing up,in my humble opinion.
The work is extremely labor intensive and I have to say that the help is hard to find and when yout in this business it is a very stressful situation at times . I am not going to sit here and whine about the work ,I knew whst I was gettin myself intoand I was just trying to make a future as i was a new father and at 30 years old I was ready to step up to the next level in my life to be a responsible man that took care of his own .I supported two households and I stopped any and all extracurricular activities and if i was doing anything it was associated with gerting a job done sobi coukd start the next one. Im 49 years old now, i have a back problem that wont allow me to do the work as i was once able to do. And every three months i was broke, for the first two years i was working my tail off and when it came time to pay qaurterly taxes sometimes i didnt have enough in the bank to even cover it. And i woukd start over every qaurter. I never ,screwed over a customer or an employee.although im sure that some thiught i was jyst making money hand over fist ,and i had several incidents of thedt . Now i had chikdren to provide for from a dysfunctional relationship and my personal life was not a good experience that I would have ever seen coming. Now, im not able to pour concrete,i dant commit to even go help day work as my back is always on the cusp of going out. And i have a horrible issue with taxes. I have nothing to show for my effort except for the work that is standing up to this day . It takes money, and they are doing their darndest to keep a poor man poor, and its criminal how the tax code is written, but guess who is in legal trouble? I hate my life and i want to die sometimes thanks to the goid ole IRS.

Is this Age Discrimination?
I along with 3 other contractors at a Federal Work site were fired on the same day for a "Reduction in Force". No misconduct was implied or stated. The youngest of the 4, is 66 years old. I myself am 69 years old and trying to earn enough money so I can pay off my bills and retire. (we worked for a small company that had a contract with a department of the U.S.Government). Could this be age discrimination? Since among the 4 of us, there were some [not me] that had been there for decades and got a 2% raise each year, and were making a considerable lot for the position.
