Starting in 2016-2018, Mrs. Hicks were non- verbal. Why spending quality time one on one she begun to say some words. Progressing to make whole sentences to holding a conservation about a variety of things. Assisted with womb care, skin care overall personal hygiene on a daily basis. She brought me job. I felt that after I retired as a mental health counselor of 35 yrs. I had discovered another calling #application

I felt appreciated when the staff always said thank you we knew we can count on you. They loved that I was always on time and I didn't really take breaks because I wanted to get the job done even when there was barley people in. They took care of me, I was part of the family. Always inviting me to dinner and making sure I'm okay on the job, they were happy that I liked working for them. So I always felt appreciated and I always felt loved, I miss working for the camp ground. Always so nice to me. #firstjob

In my opinion X Pac is a great Job for someone joining the work force for there first time it is very repetitive but simple work. It requires 100% dedication beings u will work more times then not 6 days a week mandatory. U show them dedication amd capability u will be quick to move up and be promoted sometimes quicker then u would expect depending your performance and attendance! All in all X Pac is a great place of employment!

I love been around all the people and staff and learning new things about things I didn't know

First of all I would like to thank Jobcase and the Jobcase community for all the advice, support, and encouragement. I really appreciate it and I try to do my part to return the favor. I got involved in a relationship with a co worker who was 16 years younger (I was 40, she was 24) I was a permanent hired on employee and she was a temp through an agency. It was fun for about 6 months but let's be realistic, the relationship was destined for failure. After everything went bad we still had to see each other every day and that was difficult and a distraction to our work.
I wish I would have never even gotten involved in it. I would strongly advise to refrain from such relationships with co workers, and I would like to know how you feel about it. Thank you all and I'm wishing you blessings and prosperity in the new year!
